Longoria Parker asked to apologize for car crash

London, (ANI): The man who filed a lawsuit against eva longoria parker over a car crash has said that he would drop the suit if she accepted the blame and apologized.

Roman Gasparyan filed a negligence suit against the 'Desperate Housewives" actress, accusing her of causing him injury by swerving her car into his along Hollywood Boulevard last week.

Gasparyan has now said he is willing to drop the case against Parker only if she accepts responsibility for the collision. "Gasparyan is not here for the money. He's here for justice and Gasparyan puts this proposal to Longoria that if she admits to this accident, that she's at fault, and that she apologises publicly to Gasparyan for causing him an injury and damages, we will dismiss this lawsuit," the Daily Star quoted his attorney as telling TMZ.com.

"We want everyone to know that Gasparyan wants justice and the truth to come out of this matter. We will give Longoria until tomorrow to respond to our offer," he added.
