Pattinson is too young to play Kurt Cobain, says Love

Courtney Love said that Twilight actor Robert Pattinson can not fit in the role of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain in his proposed biopic. Cobain"s widow described the idea of roping in RoPattz for the biopic as 'stupid'. The singer said that she would prefer Ryan Gosling or James McAvoy for the role.

Earlier, it was rumoured that British actor Robert Pattinson would play Kurt Cobain in his upcoming biopic. Courtney Love recently spoke to the Canadian Press about the proposed biopic. When asked about the rumours of Pattinson playing Kurt, Love said, “Isn"t that so stupid? That"s just so wrong."

Courtney Love feels that Robert Pattinson has too much of teenage look. “I watched the Twilight stuff very, very recently and I get it, it resonates with the teenaged girl in me, I understand epic love of that nature; I write about it all the time. But isn"t that silly?" Us Weekly quotes her as saying.

However, the 'Hole' singer said that she would prefer either Ryan Gosling or Scottish actor James McAvoy for the role in the biopic, which is in the early stages of production.
