Gibson surrenders weapons after domestic violence claim

Washington(ANI): Mel Gibson surrendered multiple weapons to LAPD after Oksana Grigorieva accused him of domestic violence. Information about the weapons is provided in an LAPD document called 'Receipt of Property taken into custody", reports TMZ.com.

Judge Scott Gordon ordered Gibson to submit his weapons, after Oksana filed for a domestic violence restraining order. The order to surrender is standard operating procedure when domestic violence is alleged.

The Academy-Award winner surrendered a semi-automatic 9 millimeter Glock handgun, a semi-automatic 9 millimeter Beretta handgun and a semi-automatic 12 gauge Benelli shotgun along with magazines for Glock and Beretta.

He also laid down a speed loader for the Glock, which allows someone to load the gun quicker. Oksana claimed Mel waived a gun and threatened her life during their January 6 blowout, however, Mel denied doing any such thing.
