Steven Seagal takes legal action against assault accuser

Washington (ANI): Actor Steven Seagal is taking legal action against the woman who sued him for sexual harassment. Kayden Nguyen, 23, former model, sued her former employer Seagal on April 12(10) for using her as a 'sex toy".

Now Seagal is fighting back and will file an adjudication claim for breach of confidentiality agreement against Nguyen. The agreement that accuser Nguyen signed with Seagal specified that quarrel will be settled in arbitration, sources tell RadarOnline.com.

Seagal filed a motion April 16 to stay Nguyen"s lawsuit and have it moved to arbitration and in addition has requested to seek attorney"s fees against Nguyen and her lawyer Bill Waldo.
