Melbourne
(ANI):
Adult
entertainment
firm
Vivid
Entertainment
has
reacted
strongly
to
Ashton
Kutcher
threat
of
taking
legal
action
against
the
company
over
the
release
of
an
erotic
tape.
Kutcher
has
warned
to
sue
the
adult
film
company
for
using
his
name
to
promote
a
sex
tape
featuring
his
alleged
mistress.
A
lawyer
of
Kutcher
wrote
to
Vivid
Entertainment,
threatening
legal
action
for
“trading
on
Mr.
Kutcher's
good
name
and
reputation
for
a
commercial
purpose." However,
now
Vivid
has
fired
off
their
own
denying
any
wrongdoing
and
calling
Ashton's
legal
threat
completely
'without
merit",
reports
the
Daily
Telegraph.
Vivid
recently
promoted
the
sex
tape
by
connecting
it
to
rumors
that
Kutcher
had
slept
with
Brittney
Jones.
In
September,
Star
Magazine
claimed
that
Kutcher,
32,
had
sex
with
Jones,
21,
in
the
living
room
of
his
Hollywood
home
but
the
'Valentine"s
day" star
denied
the
allegation.
