Haven"t we heard enough about Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon"s latest flick 'Water for Elephants"? Not only have we heard Witherspoon calling Pattinson “extraordinarily attractive", but also seen them locking lips on the sets of the film. Finally we have the trailer of the film that has been generating so many headlines.
'Water for Elephants" is a love story which has the Depression era in its backdrop. The trailer has been strategically made so that the storyline emerges clear. Pattinson essays the role of Jacob Janowski, who traces back the events of his life during his 90s. He revisits the circus, Benzini Bros., and all the memories attached to it.
When we watch the trailer we have a feeling that there has been some tragedy, but we don"t exactly know what it is. The very withered and old Janowski tells us that the circus had picked him, not the other way round.
Witherspoon plays Marlena Rosenbluth, married to the evil animal trainer. This Academy Award Winner is looking smoldering hot as a circus performer. She is seen doing beautiful feats with a white horse. It is made obvious that Pattinson"s character is attracted to this hot circus performer. He not only watches her secretly but also tells Marlena that she deserves a beautiful life. Janowski falls in love with the ring master"s wife. Whether they do have a happy life with each other or not is for us to wait and watch.
The film adaptation of 'Water for Elephants", a New York bestseller, is scheduled for an April 15, 2011 release.
