Anne Hathaway says her hosting Oscars was pure joy

Actress Anne Hathaway's performance at Oscar awards 2011 might have been blasted by many critics, but the Love and Other Drugs star does not seem to be least bothered about those comments. Instead, she says that hosting the 83rd Annual Academy Awards 2011 with actor James Franco on Sunday night was 'pure joy' from beginning to end.

Anne Hathaway was talking to Oprah Winfrey when she revealed that she loved the experience of working with James Franco at the Oscars bash. She said, “I had a blast. I kept waiting to become nervous. Everyone kept asking me, 'Are you nervous?'The whole ride from beginning to end was joy, pure joy." She added, “It was fun to play off [James] with our two different energies."

However, it was reported that Anne Hathaway had misplaced her invitation and could not find her ticket at the entry. So she was reportedly denied her entry at the Oscar"s Governors ball. Security guard had to show the 'resolution desk', where she had to explain about herself and enter.
