Berry turns to Martinez for comfort, as custody battle gets ugly

London, Feb 05 (ANI): Halle Berry is seeking comfort in her new lover Olivier Martinez, as her bitter custody battle rumbles on.

The Oscar-winning actress was spotted taking a romantic sunset stroll along Malibu beach just days before news of her fight for daughter Nahla became public.

The star threw her head back in laughter as the pair walked arm in arm along the foreshore, reports the Daily Mail.

The 44-year-old began dating the 45-year-old French actor last year after meeting on the set of their upcoming thriller, 'Dark Tide'.

Her ex boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, 35, was also in South Africa around the same time after accompanying the actress on location to spend time with their daughter. (ANI)
