Catherine Zeta-Jones to receive her CBE at Buckingham Palace

London (ANI): Oscar-winning actress Catherine Zeta Jones will formally receive her CBE at Buckingham Palace. She is expected to be accompanied by her husband Michael Douglas. The award was announced last year in the Queens Birthday Honours list, but the Welsh actress was unable to collect it until now because of her husband"s cancer battle, reports Sky News.

The Welsh beauty has been honoured as a Commander of the Order of the British Empire for her services to film, industry and charity. At the time of the honours announcement last year she said: "I am absolutely thrilled with this honour. "As a British subject, I feel incredibly proud.

"At the same time, it is overwhelming and humbling. And my mum and dad are delighted beyond belief," she added.
