Director Christopher Nolan has officially announced that he is all set to start the shooting of The Dark Knight Rises in Pittsburgh. The Batman helmer has already got permission from the Mayor of the city, Luke Ravenstahl. And he has decided to spend this summer with his team in the Pennsylvania city and finish the filming.

Christopher Nolan has revealed the news about the upcoming Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises on Tuesday, April 5. "Pittsburgh is a beautiful city. We have been able to find everything we were looking for here, and I am excited to spend the summer in Pittsburgh with our final installment of Batman," The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports him as he saying.
