According
to
sources,
the
Lost
in
Translation
star
is
considered
for
the
role
of
Elizabeth,
while
Oscar-winning
actor
could
play
major
supporting
role
of
Aiden.
The
grapevine
is
abuzz
that
Scarlett
Johansson
is
the
current
favorite
star
in
Danny
Boyle's
candidate
list,
which
also
includes
Zoe
Saldana
and
Melanie
Thierry.
Meanwhile,
the
director
wants
Colin
Firth
to
replace
Michael
Fassbender
in
the
project
Trance,
but
he
is
yet
to
make
an
official
offer
to
the
actor.
However,
Trance
is
a
remake
of
a
2003
British
TV
movie,
which
was
directed
by
Joe
Ahearne.
The
story
is
about
an
assistant
at
an
auction
house,
who
masterminds
a
heist
and
joins
a
group
of
thieves
to
steal
a
valuable
painting.
The
production
is
scheduled
to
begin
this
fall
before
the

Olympics
starts

2012.
