According to Elizabeth Hurley's close friends, their wedding is likely to take place in Australia later this year. It is reported that the actress herself has told friends. “He's definitely the one. I didn"t know I"d ever feel this way about anyone," the Daily Star quotes her as telling a friend.

Sources claim that Shane Warne got down on one knee to propose to Elizabeth Hurley on a yacht in Spain. Then they toasted the news with Warne's long-term friend and billionaire boat owner James Packer, reports the Women"s Day magazine.

“The boat was moored in Marbella and the Packers were on board along with about 15 people, just close friends, no one famous. Shane and Liz flew in for a few days and looked so in love during their time. It was just a beautiful moment when he proposed. Really romantic, and she said yes. There was no hesitation," a source told Women"s Day magazine.
