Elle Fanning steals the spotlight at Super 8 premiere

Actress Elle Fanning has stolen the spotlight during the premiere of the movie Super 8 at the Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday, June 8. The budding Hollywood star looked stunning in her embroidered cream dress at the special screening of the film.

Elle Fanning was joined by co-star Amanda Michalka, who walked the black carpet with sister Alyson Michalka. Kyle Chandler, Noah Emmerich, Joel Courtney and Riley Griffiths came in tuxedos. Director JJ Abrams and co-producer Steven Spielberg were also seen promoting the forthcoming film.

Meanwhile, the premiere of Super 8 also witnessed the presence of Tom Cruise, Pete Wentz and Conan O'Brien. Cruise was wearing his black shirt and denim trousers, while Wentz chose denim jacket on top of white shirt. O'Brien looked neat in his black-on-blue outfit. Paz Vega, Kate Capshaw, Josh Holloway and Jenna Elfman also made it to the occasion.

Super 8 is set in the summer of 1979. The movie is about a group of friends from Ohio, who witness a mysterious train crash. Shortly after the incident, they begin to notice strange happenings going around in their small town and begin to investigate into the creepy phenomenon. Super 8 will hit the screes on June 9.
