Part
II
has
been
resolved.
The
makers
of
the

have
sealed
a
deal
with
tattoo
artist
S.
Victor
Whitmill
after
he
alleged
them
that
facial

resembles
his
creation
of

Louis.
It
is
said
that
the

out
after
the

alleged
the

of
using
his

without
his
permission
nor
giving
credit
to
him.
