Jamie Bell always saw himself as Tintin

Jamie Bell, who played the titular character in The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn said that he always saw himself as Tintin.

Jamie Bell said that he was extremely comfortable being cast as the titular character in The Adventures of Tintin. The actor was approached for the role 10 years back as well. However, the actor says that if he had done the role then, he would have been too inexperienced.

Filming for The Adventures of Tintin began on January 26, 2009, and the release date was moved from 2010 to 2011. Spielberg finished his film after 32 days of shooting in March 2009. Peter Jackson was present for the first week of filming and supervised the rest of the shoot through a video conferencing programme.
