Jason Bateman in talks to act in Insane Laws

Actor Jason Bateman is reportedly in talks with the bosses of the upcoming movie The Insane Laws. If everything goes right the Couples Retreat actor will act alongside Vince Vaughn, whose close friend Jeremy Garelick is making his debut as director through this movie.

The Insane Laws is a story of two friends whose relationship is tested when their grown children fall in love with each other. Things get worse after the daughter of Vince Vaughn's character gets pregnant with the son of Jason Bateman's character. Jeremy Garelick has reportedly penned the script for the film.

The Insane Laws will be produced by Neal H Moritz. According to sources, the movie would start rolling in the mid of this year and will be released in 2012.
