Jason Statham's action-packed scene in The Killer Elite

Actor Jason Statham has jumped out of a skyscraper's window for his upcoming movie The Killer Elite, which is being directed by Gary McKendry. The first trailer for the film, which has recently landed online, features Jason Statham, Robert De Niro and Clive Owen involved in fighting scenes.

The Killer Elite is a true story of an ex-special ops agent, who is lured out of retirement to rescue his mentor. To make the rescue, he must complete a near-impossible mission of killing three tough-as-nails assassins with a cunning leader. Jason Statham plays the agent, while Robert De Niro and Clive Owen appears as his mentor and cunning leader respectively.

Statham's latest action thriller flick is produced by Steve Chasman and Sigurjon Sighvatsson. It also features Dominic Purcell, Yvonne Strahovski, Firass Dirani, Grant Bowler, Ben Mendelsohn and Lachy Hulme in the supporting roles. The Killer Elite is scheduled to release on September 23, 2011.
