Joe
Pesci
is
gearing
up
to
sue
the
makers
of
the
upcoming
film
Gotti:
In
the
Shadow
of
My
Father,
as
they
have
dropped
him
from
the
film.
The
actor
claims
that
the
production
house
used
him
to
promote
the
movie
and
ditched
him
when
he
demanded
them
to
pay
the
agreed
remuneration
for
the
film.
The
actor
says
that
he
was
offered
$3m
for
the
role
of
Gotti's
friend.
But
the
movie
bosses
latter
changed
their
stance
by
asking
him
to
play
a
lesser
role
and
told
him
that
they
could
only
pay
$1
million.
Now
he
demands
the
same
amount,
which
they
had
promised
him
earlier,
as
he
had
started
working
on
the
project
and
reduced
his
weight
by
30
pounds.
However,
the
Associated
Press,
CEO
Marc
Fiore
had
denied
it
and
said,
"Before
we
had
a
deal,
Mr.
Pesci
walked
away." He
has
been
replaced
by
John
Travolta
for
the
role
of
Angelo
Ruggiero.
