Lindsay Lohan heading back to court

Actress Lindsay Lohan, who is now under house arrest, is heading again to court today (June 23) and the department of Los Angeles Sheriff is unclear about the the exact reason for her being summoned by the court. But sources claim that she is taken to court because the actress allegedly flunked an alcohol test.

Sandi Gibbons, the spokeswoman of the LA District Attorney's Office says that she is unclear of the exact nature of the alleged violation because her office has not seen the paperwork. Meanwhile, Lindsay's father Michael Lohan does not approve the reports that she violated her probation. "But she is under a lot of pressure and there is a bad influence around her," Michael tells E! News.

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan is required to attend hearing at the Airport Branch Courthouse in Los Angeles today. Her publicist Steve Honig neither confirms nor denies the court summon. However, the actress was due to get out of her house arrest on June 29. But sources say that now it may not happen.
