Canadian actress Rachel McAdams feels nice to revisit her role of an American femme fatale from New Jersey in Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. The actress claims that it made her to sink in and with the character.

“Often with film, I find that you"re just really getting to know a person. They"re just starting to sink in, and then you wrap the film. So, it was nice to get to bring her back and have time to meditate on her a bit more. I liked that exercise," contactmusic.com quoted McAdams as saying.

Rachel McAdams, who played an important role in the first instalment of Sherlock Holmes, had a small role to play in its second part. Adding about her character in the sequel, she said, “I just have a small cameo in this one, but it was nice to revisit. It"s why I"ve always thought I would like to do television. You get really intimate with your character," she added.

Guy Ritchie directorial Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows features Robert Downey Junior, Jude Law, Noomi Rapace, Stephen Fry, Jared Harris, Kelly Reilly, Eddie Marsan, Geraldine James, and Fatima Adoum in the cast. The movie is expected to hit the screens on December 16, 2011 worldwide.
