Actress Sarah Lancaster has revealed that she is pregnant with her long-term boyfriend Matthew Jacobs's first baby. The Chuck star has also announced her marriage with the attorney. She has tied the knot with Jacobs on Saturday, January 29 at a private ceremony in Southern California.
