Laggies is a dark comedy written by Andrea Seigel and directed by Lynn Shelton. The story revolves around a young woman (Keira Knightley), who reacts to her boyfriend's marriage proposal by pretending to go on a business retreat while she actually hunkers down with a new 16-year old friend (Chloe Grace Moretz).

Anne Hathaway was originally cast for the lead role in Laggies, but she walked out of the project following a clash of dates with her next project Interstellar, a sci-fi epic directed by Christopher Nolan. Later, the makers of the film have roped in Keira Knightley for the role. As per the reports, the actress has already started shooting for the movie.

According to reports, Keira Knightley will star in a lesbian sex scene with Chloe Grace Moretz in Laggies. She is said to lock lips with her for the movie. "No one is talking about the physical scenes yet, but Keira and Chloe will be seen together and there will be some lesbian love action. It's set to be very saucy and will definitely get male fans hot under the collar." a source told the Daily Star newspaper.
