Barbara Walters has been putting together her 10 Most Fascinating People list since 1993. And this is the first time Amal Alamuddin made it to the list soon after getting hitched to Clooney in this year. Barbara pointed out that Amal not only stole George's heart, but that she did so by being well-educated, passionate about civil rights, and, of course, beautiful

Another celebrity who made it for the first time is Taylor swift. The Grammy winner finally got her name included in the Barbara Walters' 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014 list.

Other most fascinating people of 2014 in Barbara's list includes Oprah Winfrey, Neil Patrick Harris, Chelsea Handler, and Scarlett Johansson. During Barbara's two-hour special on Dec. 14, the celebrity announced the celebrity names who fascinated people this year.
