Ellen Recreates Oscar Selfie With Meryl Streep

Ellen DeGeneres' Oscar selfie broke Twitter and became one of the most viral pics of the year. Ellen who hosted Oscar Awards 2014 clicked a selfie with celebrities which become the most shared tweets of the year.

The Oscar selfie had Ellen, Bradley Cooper, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lawrence, Julia Roberts and Angelina Jolie to name a few. As Ellen had the favourite Meryl Streep on her show, she decided to click another selfie and recreate the magic. Why? Because Meryl Streep who was on The Ellen Show to promote her upcoming movie, Into The Woods, was not seen clearly in the Oscar selfie.

Ellen who had Into The Woods leading ladies, Meryl, Anna Kendrick and Emily Blunt on her show decided to recreate the Oscar selfie. Ellen revealed on The Ellen Show that she wanted to take a selfie with Ellen and then everybody else jumped in. Ellen said, 'Meryl was barely there in the selfie."

Ellen further said that Oscar winning actress "Lupita Nyong'o's brother jumped in front of Angelina." Then Ellen said, "I thought lets try to do a selfie today with us, and you [Meryl Streep] will be featured more." Ellen goes down on the floor to click a selfie with Meryl, Anna and Emily. Again Meryl's is barely seen in the selfie.

Meryl and all burst into laughter seeing the pic and Meryl then asks Ellen to send the pic to her. Again Ellen tries to take a perfect selfie and this time the gorgeous Meryl makes it clear on the selfie.
