Nick Cannon Wishes To Stay Single For Now

Rapper Nick Cannon, who separated from singer Mariah Carey few months ago, is not thinking about dating right now. His focus is more on his family and children.

While playing DJ at a 1 OAK party on Tuesday night in Los Angeles, the 34-year-old star said that dating is far from his mind right now, reports people.com.

"I'm good, man. I'm great. There are a lot of people after me right now. I gotta slow it down. I'm trying to slow it down and stay focused. Family is the first thing and my kids are most important," he said.

When asked about his idea of a perfect girl, he said: "I couldn't even tell you right now. That's a tough one. I haven't thought about that one. I'm just taking it one day at a time.

"Obviously the dating thing will come down the line, but right now I'm just slowing down," he added. Sometime back, Nick Cannon was linked to Amber Rose who too got separated from her husband, Wiz Khalifa recently over infidelity. Amber and Nick are both getting divorced to their respective spouses.

Since Amber and Nick Cannon's affair rumours started spreading, Amber cleared it out by expressing on Twitter. She said that she is single and has not cheated on her husband, Wiz. It was rumoured that Amber and Wiz's marriage broke because she cheated on him with Nick Cannon. So, Amber cleared it out saying it was not her but Wiz who cheated and broke the marriage vows.
