Who
says
that
Pink
Floyd
will
not
comeback
on
the
top
spot?
Well
the
band
has
made
a
big
comeback
after
20
years
with
their
new
release
The
Endless
River.
The
Endless
River
has
become
the
most
pre-ordered
album
ever
on
the
online
website,
Amazon.
Although
Amazon
has
not
mentioned
the
exact
number
of
orders,
it
is
clear
that
The
Endless
River
has
beaten
hit
boyband
One
Direction's
2013
album
Midnight
Memories.
Other
leading
albums
on
Amazon
are
Swing
Both
Ways
by
Robbie
Williams,
Progress
by
Take
That
and
Susan
Boyle's
I
Dreamed
A
Dream,
as
well
as
two
recent
releases
by
Coldplay,
Ghost
Stories
and
X&Y.
The
1970s
popular
rock
band
Pink
Floyd
shot
to
fame
with
their
1973
album,
Dark
Side
Of
The
Moon.
There
last
album
was
The
Division
Bell
in
1994.
After
20
years
of
long
break,
Pink
Floyd
came
back
with
their
15th
album,
The
Endless
River.
It
only
features
singer
and
guitarist
Dave
Gilmour,
68,
and
drummer
Nick
Mason,
70.
Other
members
of
the
band
namely
Bassist
Roger
Waters,
71
quit
about
30
years
ago.
Founder
member
late
Syd
Barrett
left
the
band
in
1968
after
two
albums.
Another
member
Rick
Wright
passed
away
in
2008.
After
seeing
the
trending
pre-order
at
Amazon,
it
is
clear
that
the
classic
band
is
giving
young
talents
a
run
for
their
money.
