'Body Image' Brawl Continues: Khloe Tweets About Amy's SNL Monologue

The stand-up comedian and Trainwreck actress Amy Schumer pulled the Kardashians as examples during her Saturday Night Live opening monologue. "We have to be a role model for these little girls, because who do they have?" said Schumer. "All they have, literally, is the Kardashians."

The second host of the 41st season of SNL chose to target Khloe Kardashian in particular and took her joke to a whole new level by pointing at Khloe's dramatic weight loss and fitness fad by being the comedian that she is.

" And like, we used to have Khloe. Khloe was ours, right?" Schumer said. "But then Khloe, she's lost half her body weight. Like Khloe, she lost a Kendall [Jenner], and we have nothing."

While some fans took it as a good humor and laughed it off, some were taken aback by Amy's comments. Nevertheless, we were all looking forward to Khloe's reaction and this is how she did it:

So as the lines read, it is pretty clear that Khloe seems agitated, but being one of the smart Kardashian girls, she refrained from taking names or addressing to Amy. Well, we must say, smart move, Khloe!

It was quite obvious from the early seasons of KUWTK that Khloe was subject to fat shaming. Bruce Jenner then, way before his transition to Catylin Jenner, once made a snarky comment about Khloe's weight when she was planning to pose naked for a cause based magazine shoot. Disregarding Bruce's comments she went ahead and posed boldly before the camera and she nailed it. It was quite surprising as to how she gave fitness as a reason behind her new slender look as she once encouraged curves and embraced them.

Irrespective of what the comments meant from each fan's perspective, we shouldn't forget how important it is to feel comfortable in our own skin and also, stop encouraging the idea of a perfect body structure. Many celebrities and common people are subject to body shaming as it is!
