The Academy Awards is the biggest ceremony in Hollywood where stars from all around the world are honoured.

All the A-listers step out to attend Oscars whether or not nominated, but at the 87th Academy Awards, we saw some of the stars missing from the red carpet.

Power couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were going to make their first Oscar red carpet appearance after getting married last year. However, Brangelina skipped the Oscars (is it due to the Unbroken snub?).

Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert Downey Jr, Sandra Bullock, Amy Adams and many more skipped Oscars 2015.

We snapped Natalie Portman at the Vanity Fair After-Oscar party where she looked gorgeous in a white gown. Although she missed Oscar ceremony, the Oscar winner made sure that she attends the after-party at least!

George and Amal Clooney who made their first red carpet appearance at the Golden Globes missed Oscars. Last year too, the 'Gravity' star skipped Oscars.

Johnny Depp seems to be in the honeymoon phase after secretly getting hitched to Amber Heard during Valentine's Day. He too was not seen at the Oscars 2015.
