Chris
Pratt
is
covering
the
Men's
Health
magazine's
new
issue
and
is
talking
about
his
incredible
weight
loss.
The
handsome
actor
who
shot
to
immense
fame
with
his
role
in
the
blockbuster
hit
of
2014,
'Guardians
of
the
Galaxy'
revealed
some
shocking
details
about
his
health
during
his
weight
gain.
In
a
new
interview
with
Men's
Health
magazine,
the
35-year-old
hunk
has
revealed
how
he
was
forced
to
lose
weight
when
he
ballooned
to
300Ibs
just
two
years
ago!
The
actor
who
is
all
set
to
appear
as
Owen
Grady
in
the
much
anticipated
film
of
the
year,
'Jurassic
World'
is
looking
breathtaking
in
a
grey
t-shirt
and
denims
as
he
graced
the
cover
of
the
Men's
Health
mag
showing
off
his
built
physique.
He
found
fame
as
the
cute
and
lovely
Andy
Dwyer
in
the
hit
show
'Parks
and
Recreation',
which
required
him
to
pile
on
the
pounds
(max
being
300lbs)
and
keep
the
weight
on
for
season
after
season.
And
guess
what,
he
loved
it
too!
But
the
actor
later
had
to
suffer
from
health
issues
and
not
to
late,
he
realised
that
playing
that
fat
funny
guy
is
not
enough!
"I
saw
myself
in
an
episode
and
in
the
matter
of
two
moments
very
close
together,
I
thought,
'Oh
my
God,
I'm
getting
fat.' And
then
almost
immediately
I
did
something
else
and
I
thought,
'Holy
crap,
I've
never
seen
myself
funnier.'
And
I
put
the
two
together,"
Pratt
told
the
mag.

The
35-year-old
American
actor
admits
he
used
to
devour
three
or
four
cheeseburgers!
Surprisingly,
Chris
Pratt
decided
to
get
in
shape
after
playing
a
Navy
SEAL
in
the
2013's
Zero
Dark
Thirty.
We
saw
the
results,
a
built
physique
in
Marvel's
hit,
'Guardians
of
the
Galaxy.'
"I
was
impotent,
fatigued,
emotionally
depressed.
I
had
real
health
issues
that
were
affecting
me
in
a
major
way.
It's
bad
for
your
heart,
your
skin,
your
system,
your
spirit," Chris
Pratt
revealed.
However,
the
actor
is
healthy
now
and
also
has
a
2-year-old
son,
Jack
Pritt
with
wife,
Anna
Faris
whom
he
married
in
2009.
The
actor
also
admitted
how
movie
roles
kept
fluctuating
his
weight.
"I'd
gone
back
and
forth,
lost
weight
for
Moneyball,
got
fat
again,
then
trimmed
down
for
Zero
Dark
Thirty,
then
gained
it
all
back
again
for
Andy.
That's
when
I
saw
Zero
Dark
Thirty
and
right
after
walking
out
I
was
like-
'I'm
going
to
get
in
shape
and
I'm
never
going
to
be
fat
again,'" he
explains.
Chris
Pratt
also
revealed
that
losing
weight
not
easy
as
his
wife,
Anna
is
also
a
foodie.
"We
were
drinking
a
lot
of
wine
and
having
fun.
I
was
her
little
Hansel
out
in
the
woods
and
she
was
fattening
me
up
to
put
me
in
the
fire.
It
was
like
Momma
Bear
and
Papa
Bear.
She
would
eat
a
little
bit,
I
would
eat
all
of
mine
and
the
rest
of
hers,"
he
joked.
