movie
Fifty
Shades
of
Grey's
release,
which
was
due
in
India,
has
now
been
banned
in
the
country.
Of
late,
the
people
have
been
protesting
over
the
bold
and
kinky
sexual
behaviour
of
the
movie
which
might
have
forced
the
Indian
Censor
Board
to
ban
the
film.
Chief
Executive
of
the
Central
Board
of
Film
Certification,
Shravan
Kumar
did
not
disclose
the
reason
as
to
why
Fifty
Shades
of
Grey
was
banned
from
cinemas
in
India,
but
stated
that
Universal
Pictures
had
the
right
to
appeal
against
the
ban
in
court.
The
erotic
movie
is
based
on
BDSM
theme
and
has
a
lot
of
nudity,
sex
scenes
and
kinky
acts
which
made
it
count
as
the
most
erotic
film
of
the
decade!
Even
after
voluntary
deletions
of
scenes
and
dialogues,
Fifty
Shades
will
not
be
screened
in
the
Indian
theaters.
Apart
from
India,
the
S&M
movie
has
also
been
banned
in
other
countries
like
UAE,
China,
Kenya,
Malaysia
and
more.
Fifty
Shades
of
Grey
is
based
on
the
bestselling
novel
by
British
author,
E.L.
James
and
shows
the
sadomasochistic
relationship
between
Christian
Grey
(Jamie
Dornan)
and
Anastasia
Steele
(Dakota
Johnson).
The
movie
released
in
the
US
with
an
R-rating
and
has
been
a
blockbuster
hit
at
worldwide
box
office.
