Forbes' Richest Self-Made Women In America: Oprah, Beyonce, Madonna In List

For the first time Forbes has come out with a list of Top 50 Most Successful Self-Made Women which is measured by their net worth. The list not only includes entrepreneurs and CEOs but also some of the famous celebrities. Interestingly, Forbes most successful self-made women's list also has author, some designers like Donna Karan and Vera Wang.

Although 31-year-old Elizabeth Holmes, who dropped out of Stanford to launch blood testing firm Theranos in 2003, tops the list with a net worth of $4.5 billion, we have some gorgeous leading ladies from Hollywood who made it to the list.

From Oprah Winfrey to Beyonce, we have some A-listers from the film and music industry who have become successful self-made women.

Surprisingly, Jessica Alba has made it to the cover of this special issue of Forbes magazine. Alba is however not included in the list, but is featured as one of eight "women to watch." The list also includes Taylor Swift and Sandra Bullock.
