For
the
first
time
Forbes
has
come
out
with
a
list
of
Top
50
Most
Successful
Self-Made
Women
which
is
measured
by
their
net
worth.
The
list
not
only
includes
entrepreneurs
and
CEOs
but
also
some
of
the
famous
celebrities.
Interestingly,
Forbes
most
successful
self-made
women's
list
also
has
author,
some
designers
like
Donna
Karan
and
Vera
Wang.
Although
31-year-old
Elizabeth
Holmes,
who
dropped
out
of
Stanford
to
launch
blood
testing
firm
Theranos
in
2003,
tops
the
list
with
a
net
worth
of
$4.5
billion,
we
have
some
gorgeous
leading
ladies
from
Hollywood
who
made
it
to
the
list.
From
Oprah
Winfrey
to
Beyonce,
we
have
some
A-listers
from
the
film
and
music
industry
who
have
become
successful
self-made
women.
Surprisingly,
Jessica
Alba
has
made
it
to
the
cover
of
this
special
issue
of
Forbes
magazine.
Alba
is
however
not
included
in
the
list,
but
is
featured
as
one
of
eight
"women
to
watch." The
list
also
includes
Taylor
Swift
and
Sandra
Bullock.
Alba
is
looking
smoking
hot
in
the
formal
look
as
she
graced
the
cover
of
Forbes
magazine.
Oprah
Winfrey:
The
actress
has
made
it
to
the
Top
5
as
the
long-reigning
queen
of
daytime
TV
remains
the
only
African-American
woman
on
The
Forbes
400
Richest
Americans
list,
and
has
donated
hundreds
of
millions
of
dollars
over
the
years
to
educational
causes,
including
her
school
for
girls
in
South
Africa
and
scholarships
for
students
at
historically
black
universities.
Madonna:
The
Queen
of
Pop
has
been
featured
on
the
America's
Self-Made
Women's
list.
She
has
grossed
an
estimated
$1.2
billion
on
the
road
in
her
career,
including
$305
million
on
her
recent
MDMA
tour.
That
helped
her
earn
an
estimated
$125
million
two
years
ago,
more
than
any
other
musician.
She
is
expected
to
add
more
and
more
with
her
Rebel
Heart
tour
in
August.
Beyoncé:
The
diva
is
on
the
49th
place
and
she
also
took
the
top
spot
on
last
year's
Celeb
100
list
after
earning
big
from
her
Mrs.
Carter
Show
World
Tour
and
the
surprise
release
of
her
self-titled
album.
Queen
Bey
has
personally
pulled
in
more
than
$500
million
in
gross
earnings
as
a
solo
artist.
