Hollywood Celebrities Who Went Bare For PETA Ad Campaigns!

We have all seen our favorite Hollywood celebrities entirely bare, one or the other time. They've exposed their skin to the world sometimes due to the silly accidents (wardrobe malfunctions), and sometimes quite deliberately to gain a lot of attention.

But, some of the celebrities have chosen to strip for various causes. For instance, British model Cara Delevingne posted a bare picture of her breast on the social networking sites to support the 'Free The Nipples' campaign.

Some celebrities have stripped for the fun of it; like Kim Kardashian's bare buttocks picture that created so much storm in the media. But, stars like Adam Levine posed nude to spread awareness about prostate cancer.

Talking about celebrities who have stripped down for causes related to animals, we can think of many names! Sasha Grey, American actress and model, stripped sown for PETA in 2010 to spread awareness regarding animal neutering.

PETA, People for The Ethical Treatment of Animals, is known for its controversial ad campaigns. Though they are for a good cause, PETA is subject to extreme criticism for its choice of words and visual effects which are considered disturbing.

PETA has received a lot of support from many of big names in Hollywood and over years, has brought about many changes. Comedian Ellen DeGeneres, her wife, Portia DiRossi, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are all vegans.

For more than a decade now, PETA has made smart decision of using Hollywood celebrities in their campaigns. Everybody would want to watch their celebrity favorites, bare. Why not give them what they want with a message?

A few celebrities chose to go bare than wear animals' fur and skin, and some, used their bare bodies to promote vegan diet. A few celebrities stuck to their words, and few didn't.

Below are a few Hollywood celebrities who chose to strip for PETA. You may or may not have known about their love for animals until now:

Khloe Kardashian

The TV reality show star, Khloe Kardashian was featured in PETA's ad in 2008. The campaign read 'I would rather go naked than wear fur'. Khloe decided to go bare for the campaign after realizing how fur is extracted from animals.

Pink

The pop-star, Pink, who believes that animals are purest creatures on the face of the earth, decided to go all skin for PETA's 'I would rather go naked than wear fur' campaign.

Eva Mendes

Eva Mendes, the American actress feels, it is cool to protect animals, not kill them for their skin. She posed nude to support killing of animals for fur.

Pamela Anderson

The 47 years old Pamela Anderson has always been in the news for her Animal Rights movements. She created a 'Psycho' shower scene for PETA, in which she posed naked to promote vegan diet.

Olivia Munn

The 35 years old, American actress and model, Olivia Punn decided to bare it all for PETA' ban circus campaign. She's also featured in anti-fur campaign. She says, every bit of fur on our clothes should remind us of the pain animals go through while extracting it.

Joanna Krupa

The Real Housewives Of Miami star, Joanna Krupa has gone all bare several times for PETA. In this particular picture, the actress is featured in an anti-breeding campaign.
