Kim Kardashian West announced that she is pregnant on a sneak peek from the upcoming episode of their family's reality TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians on Sunday.

Soon after the clip was shown on the TV after the mid-season's semi-finale episode aired, Kim Kardashian stepped out to make her first red carpet appearance.

Pregnant Kim flaunted her fab body which will change soon and before it does, Kim decided to wear something sheer and flaunt her curves with style!

Kim and hubby, Kanye West arrived at the CFDA Fashion Awards in New York on Monday night looking picture perfect.

The 34-year-old pregnant star wore a black sheer dress and accentuated her curves in a black custom-made dress. Showing off ample cleavage and her black underwear, Kim looked super hot in her maternity style. The reality TV star is due to deliver in December and covered her little baby bump in this sheer creation.

Kim who is pregnant with the second baby with Kanye West told US Weekly, "To be honest, I've had really bad morning sickness, day sickness, night sickness - I can barely get out of bed. It's a very different type of pregnancy from my first one, but I'm so grateful to be pregnant when we didn't even think it was going to happen for us [so] I don't care how sick I am."
