PICS: Kate Middleton & Prince William's Daughter Princess Charlotte's Christening

Kate Middleton and Prince William's little princess, Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was christened and the royal family gathered all the limelight at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, England, on Sunday. Yes it is the same place where Princess Diana was christened.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge brought Princess Charlotte, the fourth in line to the British throne, in a pram the Queen used for two of her own children!

Ahead of the christening, the royal couple announced that they had chosen five godparents for the princess.

Princess Charlotte's christening was held at the Church of St Mary Magdalene, and was attended by guests including the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh. Kate Middleton's sister, Pippa and her brother James were also at attendance.

Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, Catherine's parents Michael and Carole Middleton were also there at the christening of Princess Charlotte.

Prince George looked cute and was another center of attention at his sister's christening ceremony. Prince George who turns two on 22 July wore an outfit which was very much similar to that worn by his father (Prince William) when he first met brother Harry in the hospital back in 1984.

While Kate Middleton looked breathtaking in an Alexandra McQueen dress, little princess Charlotte wore a replica of the historic christening gown first worn by Queen Victoria's daughter in 1841. Prince George too wore the same outfit at his 2003's christening.

The baptism was private and conducted by Archbishop of Canterbury the Most Reverend Justin Welby. Check out pics of Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana's christening.
