Sofia Vergara might have moved on after her split with ex-fiance, Nick Loeb. However, the latter doesn't seem to find it easy and his embryo battle with 'The Modern Family' star has become news. After filing legal documents and writing an op-ed, Nick Loeb now appeared on The Today Show to address the embryo battle and put his point in front of the world.
Nick Loeb recently started up a fight over some embryos he once froze with his ex, Sofia Vergara.
The American businessman has been persisting on giving life to the two lives as keeping them frozen is like killing them. Loeb filed the motion for control of the embryos in August of last year, and the issue became public after he wrote a New York Times op-ed piece on April 29. "In my view, keeping them frozen forever is tantamount to killing them," he wrote.

Nick wants to implant these embryos into a surrogate and raise them. Speaking about his embryo lawsuit on The Today Show, Nick Loeb said, "It has nothing to do with a baby or her baby," when Hoda Kotb asked him if it is about 'a baby' or 'her baby'. He added, "Lives were created."
When the then engaged couple signed the forms, it required both the parties consent on the future action. "We actually signed these forms way at the very beginning, before all the process happened," Loeb explained. "You know, none of the forms really discuss what would happen in the event of a separation."
