Chelsea Handler turned 40 Wednesday and to celebrate the occasion, her friend Whitney Cummings shared a photograph of the two of them together.

In the photograph, Handler is seen topless with her bosom pushed against Cummings' face. Chelsea looks all excited celebrating her 40th birthday as well. "Happy birthday to the always elegant @chelseahandler. This is 40," Cummings captioned the image.

This is not the first time Chelsea Handler went topless.For the past one year, the American comedian turned actress has been shared topless pics on her Instagram accounts and treating her fans.

However, some of her topless pics are not seductive but funny! From mimicking impersonated Russian President Vladimir Putin by riding a horse, topless!
