Zayn
Malik
is
making
a
lot
of
news
after
he
decided
to
quit
the
hit
boy
band,
One
Direction.
All
members
from
his
band
spoke
about
him
and
finally,
the
singer
and
now
ex-member
of
One
Direction
spoke
about
his
decision.
"It
is
crazy
and
wild
and
a
bit
mad," Zayn
told
The
Sun
just
six
hours
after
his
announcement.
"But
at
the
same
time
I've
never
felt
more
in
control
in
my
life.
And
I
feel
like
I'm
doing
what's
right
-
right
by
myself
and
right
by
the
boys,
so
I
feel
good."
"I
did
try
to
do
something
that
I
wasn't
happy
doing
for
a
while,
for
the
sake
of
maybe
other
people's
happiness',
he
continued.
'And
that
was
mainly
the
fans.
And
I
only
ever
tried
to
do
it
for
the
fans,
and
it
was
only
ever
for
them.
I'm
only
upset
(because)
I
feel
like
I
may
have
let
them
down
in
some
sort
of
way...
It's
not
that
I've
turned
my
back
on
them
or
anything,
it's
just
that
I
just
can't
do
that
anymore
because
it's
not
real
to
me."
Denying
rumours
of
differences
between
band
members,
Zayn
said,
"I'm
only
upset
(because)
I
feel
like
I
may
have
let
them
down
in
some
sort
of
way.
That's
the
main
thing
that
I
don't
want
to
happen.
It's
not
that
I've
turned
my
back
on
them
or
anything,
it's
just
that
I
just
can't
do
that
anymore
because
it's
not
real
to
me."
Zayn
Malik
has
quit
One
Direction
after
five
years,
his
agent
confirmed
on
25th
March
and
we
have
seen
members
as
well
as
fans
breaking
down
and
expressing
their
grief
on
social
media.
His
statement
read,
"My
life
with
One
Direction
has
been
more
than
I
could
ever
have
imagined.
But,
after
five
years,
I
feel
like
it
is
now
the
right
time
for
me
to
leave
the
band.
I'd
like
to
apologise
to
the
fans
if
I've
let
anyone
down,
but
I
have
to
do
what
feels
right
in
my
heart.
I
am
leaving
because
I
want
to
be
a
normal
22-year-old
who
is
able
to
relax
and
have
some
private
time
out
of
the
spotlight.
I
know
I
have
four
friends
for
life
in
Louis,
Liam,
Harry
and
Niall.
I
know
they
will
continue
to
be
the
best
band
in
the
world."
The
statement
also
said:
"Niall,
Harry,
Liam
and
Louis
will
continue
as
a
four-piece
and
look
forward
to
the
forthcoming
concerts
of
their
world
tour
and
recording
their
fifth
album,
due
to
be
released
later
this
year."
