secret

body

Us
Weekly
January
issue.
The
mother
of
twins
aged
7,
refrains
from
having
a
number
of
substances.
This
includes,
alcohol,
caffeine
and
tobacco.
All
her
meals
contain
just
2
digit
calories
and
the
singer
has
two
personal
trainers.

looking
absolutely
stunning,
Jlo
talks
about
her
90
calories
breakfast,
which
is
nothing
more
than
a
chocolate
body
lab
shake.
She
says,
'I
do
it
with
quinoa
milk
or
water.'
The
singer
also
admitted
to
not
having
had
caffeine
in
years.
Though
she
has
her
dose
of
coffee
everyday,
it's
decaf.
If
you
are
wondering
why
she's
so
picky
about
her
diet,
the
singer
says,
'That
really
wrecks
your
skin
as
you
get
older.'
She
needs
to
get
10
hours'
sleep
to
stay
sane
and
pass
through
a
day
without
any
emotional
upheaval.

also
said
that
she
and
her
family
mostly
consumes
green.
'We
eat
a
lot
of
green
vegetables,
asparagus,
Brussel
sprouts,
broccoli
and
kale'.
She
prefers
having
dinner
with

family
by
6:30
in

evening
and
then
hit
the
sack
to
get
her
goodnight
sleep.
Addressing

sun,

said,
'I'm
rarely
in
the
sun,
but
if
I
am,
I
wear

lot
of
sunscreen.
I've
never
been
one
to
take
a
lot
of
sun,
which

why
my
skin

itself'.

which
majority
of
human
beings
despise.

says,
'I
don't
like
doing
it
later;
it's
harder
to
get
there
when
I
have
my
day
going
already.

work
out
three
or
four
times
a
week.

I'm

York,
I
work
out
with

Kirsch'
'He's
an
amazing
trainer.
When
I'm
in
L.A.,
I
work
with
Tracy
Anderson.
I
like
the
balance
that
they
both
give
me.
They
have
