It wasn't like any other love story, where the couple fell in love at first sight. Chrissy and John dated for good four years before they decided to tie the knot.

Many men might have gone all gaga over the supermodel. Her flawless beauty and the straight forward attitude has the ability to lure anyone.

But, her 37 years old husband wasn't one of those men who fell in love with her at first sight and he admitted to it.

In an interview, Chrissy Teigen opened about the way she met her beloved husband, and it all started on the set of one of his music videos.

Chrissy said, 'I'm not going to lie. We hooked up. [And then when he went on tour] I left him by himself for a while'

'The worst thing you can do is try to lock someone like that down early on, then have them think, There's so much more out there. I played it cool for a long time' she continued.

'Never once did I ask, 'What are we?' Marriage was never my goal, because I've never been very traditional. I was just happy to be with him.'

When John Legend was asked about the same, he said, 'I'm more cautious than that. I wasn't like, 'This is the woman I'm going to marry' from day one.'

'For me I'm the kind of person who needs to grow into that feeling. It was probably a couple of years in when I could already see us being together forever.' he continued.

The couple got engaged in 2011 and got married in Italy in 2014. In 2015, they announced their pregnancy. The couple is expecting their first baby girl this years, 2016.
