Top 100 Dialogues From Hollywood Movies!
On-screen dialogues are the best way we understand what is happening in the movie aided by the background score to set the mood, and the actors' expressions (both facial and body) to understand the impact of the said lines. Dialogues are an integral part of making a movie come alive, and it sort of interacts with the audiences, to get them involved in the story.
Without dialogues or lines for the actors to say, the movie makes little or no sense at all; such is the importance of dialogues in a movie. The script writers and directors pay keen attention to the dialogues in order to confirm the flow of speech that portray the situation is true to the cause.
Dialogues have an impact on the audience like it was meant to be, but not all of them stick with the audience for ever. Some of the dialogues on screen that went on to become very famous are presented below.
This list is compiled from American Film Institute. Recently AFI celebrated its 100 years of establishment and in memory of this great feat, a jury of 1500 people from the Hollywood industry were asked to decide some of the best lines ever said on screen in the past century and we are excited to present that list to you.
Here we go!
