The Mummy fame actor Brendan Fraser seems to be in no mood to continue with the Mummy franchise, as the role has been taken over by Tom cruise, in the upcoming reboot of the original movie.
Brendan Fraser, now looks quite happy to associate himself with another franchise. As Gersh Agency has signed up the actor in the upcoming series of Showtime's The Affair. The Gersh Agency founded by Phil Gersh, is a talent and literary agency based in California and New York City.
Earlier, Brendan Fraser had also acted in the feature named Gimme Shelter opposite Vanessa Hudgens and Rosario Dawson, and also offered voice for the characters in Escape From Planet Earth for the Weinstein Company and The Nut Job for Open Road Films.
Though the fans were anticipating that the actor would come up with another Mummy installment, it won't be that much of a disappointment to see Tom Cruise in the character, either. Earlier, Brendan had also voiced for the same, saying he would expect a much younger Rick in the film.
Brendan Fraser's notable credits consist of The Mummy Trilogy, and also producing the renowned sci-fi movie Journey To The Center Of The Earth in 3D. He had also acted in the Oscar winning movie Crash.
