Cate Blanchett Gave Away Her Exclusive Armani Scent To A Taxi Driver

Celebrated Hollywood actress Cate Blanchett revealed that she had once given her exclusive Armani perfume to a taxi driver, as he wanted to buy a similar one to gift his girlfriend on her birthday.

The 47-year-old actress was so much moved by this and that she handed him over her exclusive bottle of Armani Prive to give it to his girlfriend. The actress said that she was very concerned about the fact that the taxi driver would not get that exclusive scent anywhere.

"A cabbie once asked me what fragrance I was wearing because it was his girlfriend's birthday. And I was so touched that I gave him the bottle." Blanchett said in a statement.

She continued, "It was actually a very exclusive Armani Prive scent and I didn't have another one, but I had to give it to him because I thought he would never find it".

The Carol actress, who is a mother of three sons and a daughter with husband Andrew Upton says that she just loves eating out. And according to her, there is nothing in this world that could be more romantic than eating out in multiple restaurants in a day.

To her the most romantic thing would be going out for lunch and dinner simultaneously. "Taken me out for lunch and then take me out for dinner. On the same day," said the actress.
