Suicide
Squad
actress
Cara
Delevingne
reveals
that
crying
helps
her
to
overcome
tension
and
the
irrational
pain
she
experiences
in
her
life.
Crying
eases
out
her
pain
and
brings
a
soothing
feel,
says
the
model-actress.
The
23-year-old
actress,
who
is
a
part
of
Suicide
Squad,
also
seeks
help
from
Yoga
to
free
herself
from
tension
and
anxiety.
"For
me,
yogas
the
only
way
I
can
really
feel
things
and
check
how
I
am.
Because
there
is
always
pain
somewhere,
even
if
its
completely
irrational
pain,
and
its
always
good
to
find
it
and
get
it
out," said
the
actress.
"If
I
don't
cry
pretty
much
every
day
I
will
hold
it
in,
and
it
will
manifest
in
me
in
things
that
are
destructive,
like
my
skin," Delevingne
said.
The
actress
is
reportedly
dating
singer
St
Vincent,
and
felt
that
it
was
very
essential
to
be
honest
about
the
mental
health
struggles
she
faces
so
as
to
help
other
people
going
through
the
same.
"I
couldn't
just
sit
there
and
listen
to
these
girls,
and
boys,
too,
but
usually
girls,
say
this
stuff,
about
bullying,
about
their
sexuality,
depression,
and
guilt
and
suicidal
thoughts
and
just
all
of
it,
without
being
like,
I
have
been
through
that,
and
its
going
to
be
OK," she
said.
"If
I
can
help
a
teenager
go
through
a
better
time
than
they
should
be,
then
I
am
going
to
do
that.
And
I
somehow
came
through
the
other
end,"
she
concluded.
