The legendary Pop Rock artist Sir Elton John confirmed he's working on Lady Gaga's next album that's due this year.

Sir Elton John on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 announced that he would be collaborating with the Judas singer for her fourth album after he felt her Artpop album was not so great.

He took to Twitter to announce the news on Beats 1 official website. He said, 'I am writing with Lady Gaga tomorrow'

He continued, 'I've heard two songs, which are killer. They're just great songs. It's like back to the early stuff of hers - like You and I and the Bruce Springsteen one, as I always call it, Bad Romance.'

Talking about Gaga's 2013 record Artpop, Elton John said, 'It was not a good album and I think she would admit that. Then in the midst of that,

she did three things which were kind of amazing. She did the whole tour and album with Tony Bennett, which did amazingly well.'

He continued to praise her by saying, 'She sang the Julie Andrews tribute at the Oscars, which everybody loved. And she was on American Horror Story.'

Lady Gaga won Golden Globes for her appearance on the show American Horror Stories. She and Elton John shared the 2014 Billboard cover, too.

The Poker Face singer admires Sir Elton John. 'He inspires me in ways I could not even begin to list properly. 'He is my friend, he is like a parent. He looks out for me, he was there for me during the hardest times in my life.' She said.
