Terminator
2:
The
Judgement
Day
In
the
climax
of
the
movie,
after
getting
rid
of
T-1000
and
before
T-800
goes
on
to
the
hot
volcanic
lava,
John
Connor
helps
T-800
(Arnold
Schwarzenegger)
to
get
up,
and
after
several
retakes
of
this
particular
scene,
Arnold
just
made
a
little
joke
about
needing
a
vacation
(not
scripted)
and
it
made
it
to
the
final
cut.
Star
Wars
Episode
IV:
A
New
Hope
After
Luke
Destroys
the
death
star,
he
returns
to
the
base.
When
Princess
Leia
comes
to
congratulate
Luke,
Mark
Hamill
accidentally
calls
out
the
actress's
real
name,
Carrie!
And
it
made
it
to
the
big
screens
because,
it
was
a
little
less
obvious
at
the
first
glance.
Guardians
of
the
Galaxy
When
Star-Lord
(Chris
Pratt)
is
supposed
to
hand
over
the
orb
to
his
master
Yondu
(Michael
Rooker)
he
accidentally
drops
it.
This
was
not
a
part
of
the
script
but
it
fit
the
character
so
perfectly
that
the
director
James
Gunn
decided
to
leave
it
as
it
is.
The
Wizard
of
Oz
(1939)
When
the
wicked
witch
of
the
west
escapes
from
Munchkinland,
an
escape
door
is
visible
where
the
red
smoke
appears,
well
before
the
witch
reaches
the
spot.
This
is
clearly
visible
in
the
image.
It
was
done
because
the
actor
got
burnt
in
the
following
scene
and
during
the
retake
she
said
absolutely
'no' to
fires
and
the
director
had
to
let
it
be,
as
it
was.
Raiders
of
the
Lost
Ark
When
Indiana
Jones
ambushes
a
group
of
Nazis
to
save
the
lady
prisoner,
villian
of
the
movie
is
seen
talking
to
Indiana
Jones,
during
that
talk,
a
fly
can
be
seen
on
the
villain's
face
near
his
lips
and
the
editing
team
suggested
it
to
be
removed,
but
it
added
a
comic
sense
to
the
scene
and
the
director
left
it
on
purpose.
Mission
Impossible
When
Tom
Cruise
was
shooting
an
action
sequence,
one
of
his
crew
members
asks
Tom
to
go
for
it
and
land
a
realistic
kick
to
the
chin
as
it
was
choreographed,
but
during
the
take
Tom
kicks
him
for
real,
and
that
expression
of
the
unfortunate
kick
is
clearly
seen
in
Tom's
face.
The
Hobbit:
An
Unexpected
Journey
When
Gandalf
(Ian
McKellen)
enters
Bilbo
Baggins's
house
for
the
first
time,
the
actor
was
aware
of
the
lights
hanging
low
but
wasn't
told
about
the
ceiling,
and
so
when
he
turns
to
enter
the
dining
room,
he
bangs
his
head
against
the
low
ceiling
and
his
expression
was
genuine,
that
made
it
to
the
film's
final
release.
Spy
Kids
During
a
shooting
a
scene
of
the
infamous
spy
couple,
Ingrid
Cortez
(
Carla
Gugino)
is
seen
sitting
in
front
of
some
mirrors
and
at
the
edge
of
right
mirror,
director
Robert
Rodriguez
can
be
seen
behind
the
camera,
this
was
an
editing
mistake
but
it
is
barely
noticable
in
the
motion
picture.
