The Kardashians are known for giving the utter most importance to their beauty and body. Now, Kim Kardashian West turns to Atkins to lose the weight she gained form her second preganancy.
The reality star took to Twitter, yesterday, January 19, 2016 to tell her fans about her diet and work out plan to shed 40 lbs after losing 30 lbs since birthing Saint West in December, 2015.
Kim, who weighed 130 lbs prior to her second pregnancy, gained about 60 lbs while carrying Saint. She's managed to lose 30 lbs until now through breast feeding and healthier diet.
She tweeted, 'I'm so excited! I'm 30 lbs down today but 40 to go! I'm so focused. I will show u guys my workouts on my app & share my Atkins plan too!'
'I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy but have been an extra 10 lbs up for the last few years so it's time to really get to my goal'
She also said, 'This is going to be soooo f---ing hard but I can do it and I can't wait to share it all with you! #BeastMode #WhosWithMe ?!?!?!'
Kim has appeared in public only a few times since she delivered Saint West. Maybe she wants to surprise fans with her new slender body?
For those of you who don't know what the Atkins diet is, it is a form of diet that allows its users to eat from every food group, including protein, fat and carbohydrates.
It encourages the users to enjoy vegetables, pasta and potatoes, without making them feel like they are depriving themselves.
