The 'Spectre' star also revealed that her family is a part of that renowned French establishment, but she says that her affluent background has caused her trouble in making her name in the Hollywood industry.

"In France, it's hard to become someone on your own. Even if you're a superstar, they will always say, 'Yeah, but you come from that world.' It's difficult to have ambition if you live in Paris," the actress said.

The actress opened up about her struggle to establish herself in the movie industry and said that at times, she had to go through extremes when even the directors treated her badly.

About the film Blue Is the Warmest Colour, she said - "I think that I was angry and that I had to express my anger. I really wanted to do it, because I love his work, but I knew this was the price to pay. Maybe I felt strong of the film and the success of the film made me strong." Seydoux stated.
