Liam Hemsworth Does Push-ups Before Shirtless Scenes

Actor Liam Hemsworth, brother of Chris Hemsworth, reveals his exclusive secret about looking so hot and brawny when he takes off his shirt. The actor says that he likes to do a round of push-ups whenever he needs to come out in open, without his shirt.

Liam says that even for his shirtless scene in the movie The Dressmaker, he prepared himself with a quick workout session, before filming the scenes.

The 26-year-old Independence Day: Resurgence actor, plays an important part in the movie opposite Kate Winslet. He has been shown as the love interest of Kate in the movie.

"I didn't eat for weeks," Hemsworth said jokingly.

The Australian actor reveals that he always likes to indulge in a mini-workout before filming for his shirtless scenes.

"I did some push-ups in my trailer. Anytime you're going to come out and take your top off, it's good to do a couple of push-ups. It's very difficult to come out and just take your clothes off." He advised.

Hemsworth, however, says that after he finished up doing with his shirtless scene for the movie The Dressmaker, he went straight away to celebrate with fries and burgers.

"I think I ate a lot of chips after that day. As soon as you get your shirt off scene done you're like, all right, let's head to McDonald's or wherever," said the actor.
