Renowned Actor Mads Mikkelsen, who has been recently inducted in the Star Wars film franchise, states that it is really a proud moment for the actor and also a big honour to get associated with the "legendary film universe" of Star Wars franchise.
Mikkelsen features in the Rogue One: A Star Wars Story-- it is probably the first of the new Star Wars standalone movie series set in the parallel universe, but this time it will be full with a set of new characters and fresh storylines.
The story goes like this - a group of Rebel warriors attempt to steal the plans intended for the Death Star prior to the Emperor uses it. The movie also features Forest Whitaker and Felicity Jones in very interesting and important roles.
"It's a big honour to be part of this legendary film universe. Something very interesting to me about 'Star Wars' is that it's quite human, even though we have Droids and different kinds of creatures that look very different from the human race," Mikkelsen said in a statement.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is all set to release worldwide on December 16.
On the big screen, Mikkelsen also have vouched for his own reviews for the big role as the antagonist played in Benedict Cumberbatch- featured Doctor Strange.
