Renowned
actor,
Miles
Teller,
finds
it
irritating,
when
despite
his
best
efforts
and
hard
work
before
delivering
a
scene,
people
terms
it
effortless.
The
young
actor
says
he
tries
to
give
his
best
on
each
role,
and
for
that,
he
prepares
himself
extensively,
so
when
people
terms
it
effortless,
it
hurts
him
to
the
core.
Even
when
his
director,
Todd
Phillips
termed
it
as
"almost
as
if
he
doesn't
have
to
try",
Teller
was
really
upset.
"I
think
Miles
is
a
world-class
actor.
It's
almost
if
he
doesn't
have
to
try.
don't
mean
that
in
a
negative
way;
he's
just
naturally
gifted.
It's
amazing
to
watch," said
Phillips.
Teller
couldn't
hide
his
frustration
when
he
said,
"It's
frustrating
when
people
say
that
because
an
actor's
greatest
tool
is
his
preparation
and
I've
always
felt
like
I
do
as
much
prep
as
anybody."
Teller
also
said
about
his
transformation
in
life
and
that
he
takes
his
acting
career
very
seriously
as
he
is
trying
to
mend
himself
from
the
bad
phase.
"I
was
smoking
multiple
times
a
day
every
day.
But
I
slowed
down
on
it
and
really
stopped
for
a
while
because
my
career
started
going
and
I
didn't
want
to
mess
it
up
when
I
was
high.
If
someone
sent
me
an
email,
I
didn't
want
to
respond
and
obviously
you
can't
do
that
s**t." He
added.
